User Experience (UX) Research

Did you know there’s a science behind every web page? Your home page is considered prime real estate as it takes the average user less than 15 seconds before making a decision to continue on your website. At DWD, we do the research in understanding your potential customer’s behavior. We design websites that keep them curious and engaged. By balancing bold messages, curated images, sharp graphics and call-to-action buttons, every page is designed to help direct traffic towards you and your sales team. If your current website has not performed to your expectation, you can consult with one of our UX designers to see how DWD can get more engagement.

Wire-framing

Once user experience research has been completed, wire-framing can begin. This process also can work in parallel with the UX research as there can be more fine-tuning needed. Wire-framing allows you to visually see the bones of your website. It’s is a quick way to identify the flow of your website so that the web developer can architect the framework on the server. Wire-framing has shown to prevent having to redevelop the website with new coding.

Web Page Design

Once the wire-framing has been finalized, a User Interface (UI) designer will take control and design every web page so you can get a glimpse of what your actual website will look like. By doing the design allows you to make even further changes like logo placement, color, font types, font sizes, images and even layout. Please note, sometimes we can skip wire-framing step if there are reference websites already developed. These reference websites can come in the form of a web template or theme or from a competitor website.

Web Animation

Website animation effects can keep your potential customers more engaged. Without it, your website could look less sleek compared to other websites. On the other hand, too much animation can be bad as well. At DWD, we find the perfect balance making your website come alive without being much of a distraction. Your potential customers will walk away knowing your company cares about first impressions.
