Project Access Collin County - Patient Portal

Project Access - Collin County approached Dallas Web Developers (DWD) to develop a HIPAA compliant patient portal platform to be a digital version of their hardcopy paperwork. DWD was tasked to create 2 versions - English and Spanish translations with a 12 step process. This included applying e-signatures, uploading prescription, drivers license, and any other paperwork needed to complete the patient enrolling process. After a patient enrolls, the Project Access team has access to download the digital version in a PDF file format. In addition, a custom mobile version was developed, allowing patients with only access to a smartphone to enroll easily.
